Tadano Oceania delivers their first Aerial Work Platform in Australia
20.Apr.2020

Tadano Oceania is proud to announce the delivery of our first Aerial Work Platform to GOA Billboards.

GOA Billboards are a family owned business operating for over 30 years and are the largest privately owned Billboard company in Australia. With a reputation for quality and reliability, Pete Tyquin (Production Director) wanted to make sure they made the right choice when looking for a new Aerial Work Platform to replace one of their older units.

GOA’s existing AWP didn’t meet their standards and it was important to ensure the decision to go with Tadano was for all the right reasons. Product quality was high on the list, and following a demonstration from Shane Watson (East Coast Sales Manager), the Tadano AWP model fulfilled that requirement. Pete did his homework, examined the market and sought feedback from contacts within his industry which gave further confidence in the Tadano brand.

The design of the Tadano model AT-157CG ticked all the boxes for GOA. Aside from being high quality, the design came with a telescoping boom and small footprint – allowing access to narrow city lanes, which is a clear advantage for their installation team.

Upon delivery last Friday, the GOA team were in the carpark waiting to see their new machine. With social distancing in mind, Joe Arena and Dan Greer from the Tadano Product Support team in Brisbane presented the new AWP with some basic instructions, and for the first time, we presented a training video. The AWP was set up in front of their premises and GOA operators were impressed with the smooth operation, speed and the stability of the machine.

Definitely a proud moment for Tadano Oceania delivering our first AWP in Australia.

Tadano – Lifting your dreams.
