We understand that premium product support is essential to your operations, which is why we are proud to announce the formation of our united Tadano/Demag product support team of 15 specialists, led by our new Product Support Manager, Joe Arena.

Meet our New Product Support Manager

Joe comes with 15 years’ experience in the cranes and lifting industry, during which time he worked for the product support team at Terex Cranes, Australia. Joe has worked predominately with Demag products, focusing on technical support, delivery preparations, internal training, and building and maintaining customer relationships.

“I am excited to be working with the Tadano/ Demag team and bringing the two support teams together. Having the best knowledge base possible for our customers is key. My goal is that we continue to provide top class support and service to ensure our customers investment in our products is the right choice.”

Tadano’s product support team are full of knowledge and are there to ensure your machines are up to date as per factory standards and to meet local regulations. They also offer comprehensive training for all machines.
